I think Sarah's slightly drunk 50% of the time.
How about finding money? That makes me happy. But losing it really sucks. So I guess finding money is happiness gained from another's loss. Which then kind of makes me feel bad. But not really.
I feel good when I'm really patient and nice when something is taking forever due to mild incompetence on the part of...someone. Like a cashier. Because it always bothers me when people get all pissy because approximately 45 seconds of their life was wasted.
OH!! It really makes me happy when there's a long line for something and a new line opens up and a) the cashier in the new line specifically points to the next person in line and says they can help THEM. Or b) a new line opens up and the people behind you all look at you because they realize that fairness dictates that YOU should be first in that line. Assuming you ARE next up, that is.
People at the back of the line who trample everyone to be first in the new line really bother me.
I also really like freshly baked cookies.
Also:
Going to Kohl's. Because inevitably, when things are scanned at the checkout, everything's cheaper than you thought.
And are picture frames ever NOT 50% off at Kohl's?
But I haven't been there in a while.
thinking about happy times makes me happy. i'm just about the cheesiest person on earth. hardly a day goes by without me thinking about my all time 3-4 favorite memories.
i'm happy when i find something i've been looking for for ages. like, right now, i'd be soooo happy if i could find my bike lock.

Em, what about finding money you didn't remember you had? Not that it happens very often...but, for example, you put on a pair of pants and realize that you left $10 in the pocket you didn't know you had. I've done that before.
And, you're right, things do usually ring up cheaper at Kohl's. I swear someone psychologically engineered that to thrill people and make them want to go back to Kohl's.

I actually found $2 in a pair of pants the other day as I was checking pockets prior to doing laundry. Not exactly a fortune, but nice nonetheless. Then I had to go and spend $6.50 on laundry.

-Her friend Melissa's birthday party a few years ago.
As you can see, I hear about her favorite memories all of the time. Then I get saddened that one of them isn't about ME. :( ::cries::
