Jake and I are signing an agreement with the sellers this afternoon. We still need to have a home inspection done, etc., but we finally had an offer accepted. Yay!

Candy, that's GREAT. The place looks really awesome. I will totally come visit you and help you tear our that lawn and put in a garden., Sweet kitchen too-- that's a lot of cabinets. Yay!
